(You may use roasted besan or sattu instead)
Turmeric powder – 2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 2.25 tbsp
Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
Cumin powder -1 tbsp
Garam masala powder – 2 tbsp
Cumin reeds -1 tsp
Asafoetida -1/4 tsp
Cooking oil – 1/2 cups
